To create a standalone slide show

  1. Click the Options button on the Page Manager ribbon, if desired, to change the options for the standalone slide show.

  2. Click the Setup button in the ribbon.

  3. Click the down arrow at the left side of the dialog box, and then click the resolution of the target computer's screen, then click OK.

  4. Click the Create Standalone button in the ribbon. The Create Standalone dialog box opens.

  5. Type a filename for the standalone slide show. The extension EXE is added to the filename.

  6. Choose the drive and folder in which you want to store the file.
